REGISTRATION INFORMATION

Registration is available online. Registrations will not be accepted by phone, and are accepted on a first-come, first-served basis.

REGISTRATION FEES

*Members include all officers, partners, and employees of organizations that are currently members of ICI or ICI Global.

REMITTANCE INSTRUCTIONS

Registrations may be purchased online in either Hong Kong dollars or U.S. dollars. If you prefer to pay by check or wire transfer, please contact us at conferences@ici.org for assistance.

Cancellations received by 18 June 2013, are subject to a US$150/HK$1,163 administrative fee. Notice of cancellation must be received in writing. After 18 June 2013, we regret that no registration fees can be refunded.

All conference events will take place at the Renaissance Hong Kong Harbour View Hotel on 26–27 June 2013.

A block of rooms is available for use by conference attendees at the Renaissance Hong Kong Harbour View Hotel. The room rate for conference attendees is US$309.55/HK$2,400 not inclusive of a 10 percent service charge. To receive this rate, reservations must be made prior to 20 May 2013 and can only be made online. The reserved hotel block may sell out before the cutoff date of 20 May 2013, so please make your reservation as soon as possible. The contracted rate is based upon room availability.   

CONFERENCE DRESS

Business dress is customary for all conference events.

MEDIA

Members of the media will be present throughout the conference. Statements made during sessions and presentations, or in conversation, are considered “on the record” and may appear in the press. If you have any questions, please contact ICI Global’s conference personnel.

MISCELLANEOUS

ICI Global assumes no liability for nonrefundable transportation costs, hotel accommodations, or additional costs incurred by registrants.

Program and speakers are subject to change without notice.

Audience use of laptops, recording devices, and cellular phones is prohibited at all conference sessions.
