IMPORTANT INFORMATION

• Registrants for the Global Retirement Savings Conference (GRSC) may make reservations at the Renaissance Hong Kong Harbour View Hotel at the special conference rate of US$309.55/HK$2,400, not inclusive of a 10 percent service charge, based upon availability. Note: The hotel room block may fill up prior to the hotel cutoff date of 24 May 2013.
• The Renaissance Hong Kong Harbour View Hotel will NOT accept reservations over the telephone for hotel rooms at the special GRSC rate. All reservations, cancellations, and modifications to existing reservations must be made online in order to receive the conference rate. A credit card is required to guarantee your reservation. Please note: Hotel reservations for the GRSC may only be made using the secure link below. Disregard any third-party housing bureau calls soliciting hotel reservations and asking for payment over the phone. If you have any questions, please contact the Conference Division at 202-326-5968.
• Hotel rooms at the special conference rates are for the exclusive use of attendees of the conference. You must be registered for the conference in order to receive this room rate. If you are not registered for the conference, but have reserved a hotel room at the Renaissance Hong Kong Harbour View Hotel at the special conference rate, you will be contacted by the Conference Division and given five business days to register for the conference; otherwise, your hotel reservation will be cancelled.
• You will receive an acknowledgment of your hotel reservation via email.
• Reservations must be made by 20 May 2013 to receive the special GRSC rate.

TO MAKE RESERVATIONS

• Reservations for the Renaissance Hong Kong Harbour View Hotel are available online.
• Once you have made your hotel reservations online, a confirmation number will be sent to you. Please keep this confirmation number for your records. You also will need it in order to modify or cancel your existing reservation.

TO MODIFY OR CANCEL YOUR RESERVATION

• Modifications or cancellations to existing registrations may be made online.
• You will need your hotel confirmation number to modify or cancel your reservation.
• All modifications and cancellations must be made 72 hours prior to arrival date.

Please note that all cancellations and modifications to your reservation must be made 72 hours before your scheduled check-in date.

PRE- AND POST-CONFERENCE STAY

Any arrival before 24 June 2013 or departure after 27 June 2013 will be subject to rate and space availability.

CHECK-IN AND CHECKOUT TIME

The hotel check-in time is 14:00 and checkout time is 12:00 (noon). Requests for early arrival or late departure are subject to availability. A supplementary room charge may be applied to any late departure.
