ICI Comment Letter to the New York Department of Financial Services Regarding Insurance Company Investment in Fixed Income ETFs

The Investment Company Institute submitted a comment letter to the New York Department of Financial Services on proposed changes to 11 NYCRR 77 (“Regulation 220”), which includes the elimination of the sunset period and proposed permanence of the risk-based capital treatment of eligible exchange-traded funds as bonds.
