The Investment Company Institute submitted a comment letter in response to the Reserve Bank of India (RBI)’s consultation on revising the Foreign Exchange Management (Non-Debt Instruments) Rules, 2019 and replace them with the Foreign Exchange Management (Foreign Investment) Rules, 2026.
