Registrations are accepted on a first-come, first-served basis. Registrations will not be accepted by phone. Online registration is now available.
*Members include all officers, partners, and employees of organizations that are currently members of ICI or ICI Global. Associate members are limited to two conference registrations at the member rate.
Cancellations received by 3 December 2013 are subject to a $150/£95 administrative fee. Notice of cancellation must be received in writing. After 3 December, we regret that no registration fees can be refunded.
All conference events will take place at The Brewery on 9 December 2013.
Business dress is customary for all conference events.
Members of the media may be present throughout the conference. Statements made during sessions and presentations, or in conversation, are considered “on the record” and may appear in the press. If you have any questions, please contact ICI’s conference personnel.
VALUE ADDED TAX

ICI Global assumes no liability for nonrefundable transportation costs, hotel accommodations, or additional costs incurred by registrants.
